Request account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your FAV account and associated personal data. We verify your identity before processing.
How to request
- Confirm the email address you use to sign in to FAV.
- Use the button below to email privacy@thefav.kr (include your sign-in email, nickname, and reason if you wish).
- After verification, we delete or anonymize data that we are not legally required to retain.
We typically process verified requests within 30 days and email you when complete.

Data deleted or anonymized (examples)
- Account info (email, nickname, role, onboarding details)
- Profile, portfolio, feed and playground posts and comments
- Activity such as likes, follows, votes, notifications, and messages
- Uploaded images and videos (where stored)
Data that may be retained
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, or dispute purposes for a required period
- Anonymized logs used only for statistics and operations
- Minimal references in other users’ content where removal would harm their posts
